Initially, you might find it weird to hear about a pizza that’s made up of Ramen Noodles, but when you taste it I’m sure you’ll love it.
- 2 packages of Ramen noodles
- 12 ounces grated mozzarella
- 2 ounces parmesan cheese (grated)
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Toppings of your choosing – mushrooms, olives, onions, bell peppers etc.
Preheat it to 450°F.
Take a large size pan and heat water in it so that you can boil the ramen noodles. Add some salt in the water while you boil it. Add the noodles in the water and boil until cooked. Once cooked, drain with a strainer to remove the water.
After boiling the noodles, take a skillet and heat some olive oil in it over medium flames. Once the oil is hot, you can add the noodles to the skillet. With the support of the spatula try to cover skillet’s bottom entirely with the noodles and reduce the flame. You should also press the noodles with the spatula.
Cover the bottom of the skillet with noodles and spread grated mozzarella. Add your spaghetti spread sauce. After spreading the sauce, add the remaining mozzarella on top of it.
Finally, top the pizza with your toppings and put it in the oven. Bake the pizza for approximately 20 minutes or until the edges turn lightly brown.
Once you take out the pizza out from the oven sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese on top of it and set aside to cool. Serve while hot.
