Processed Foods are high in Sugar and high Fructose. I have talked about sugar and i don’t need to talk on it again. I will talk more on Fructose here. You need to know that the more fructose a food contains, the more total fructose you consume, the worse thing is it is for your health.

There is no doubt that processed food doesn’t have any nutrient again. All what we need to help us maintain good health has been removed from it. So, why do you go for the food that will affect your health?
